 Nel corso del 2017 è stata impegnata nella funzione censimento danni e rilievo agibilità post evento "Terremoto Centro Italia 2016" quale Ingegnere Sismico Agibilitatore per conto del Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri – Ingegneri per la Prevenzione e la Emergenza (IPE) su disposizioni del Dipartimento Nazionale di Protezione Civile della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, svolgendo attività nei comuni di Rieti, Foligno (PG), Leonessa (RI), Teramo, Ascoli Piceno e Montegranaro (MC)

 E’ iscritta nell’Elenco Speciale dei Professionisti della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri – Commissario Straordinario Ricostruzione Sisma 2016, previsto dall’articolo 34 del decreto legge n. 189 del 2016, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge 15 dicembre 2016, n. 229

 Dal marzo 2018 è Iscritta nell’Elenco Nazionale Docenti /Formatori abilitati ad effettuare la Formazione sulla “Salute e Sicurezza dei datori e dei lavoratori negli ambienti e luoghi di lavoro”, presso le Strutture Formative di competenza di “PMI ITALIA – Confederazione Nazionale  Piccole e Medie Imprese” quale Soggetto Formatore abilitato “Ope Legis” secondo quanto previsto dal D.Lgs 81/08, e dal punto 2° lettera “L” dell’Accordo Stato – Regioni n°128 del 07/07/2016.

 È iscritta come “professionista” nel Registro Nazionale per l'Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro delle Camere di Commercio.

 Nel mese di aprile 2018, lo studio tecnico Fresca’s “Engineering – Technology – Architecture- Industry 4.0” ha stipulato un accordo di joint venture con la società di ingegneria “Al Diwan Engineering Consulting Office” con sede in Aleppo (Sirya) e la società “ItalArabo Consult Group” con sede in Rabat e Khouribga (Marocco). La joint venture mira a promuovere e conseguire studi dettagliati, valutazioni e progetti, nei settori pubblico e privato, di infrastrutture a tutti i livelli (urbanistico-viario, residenziale, sanitario, educativo, commerciale, ecc) nell’ambito della ricostruzione post bellica e della esternalizzazione dei servizi di architettura ed ingegneria ai Paesi del Mediterraneo. L’Accordo è regolato in conformità con le Leggi della Repubblica Araba Siriana, senza riguardo ai conflitti dei principi di Legge.

 Membro della Malaysian Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry - M.IT.C.C.I. - presieduta dall’Arch. Luciana Penna e sede in Kuala Lumpur (www.mitcci.org.my). L’attività svolta all’interno del MITTCI mira a promuovere progetti di internazionalizzazione tra l’Italia, la Malesia ed i Paesi del Sud Est Asiatico attraverso la creazione di infrastrutture di prodotti e servizi che consentano il trasferimento di know-how e generino nuovo valore.  Nel mese di novembre 2019 è stata insignita, in occasione del Premio Galarte XXII Ed, della Medaglia del Senato della Repubblica Italiana con la seguente motivazione: «Giulia Fresca viaggiatrice instancabile nella Vita, Donna speciale, che percorre le strade del mondo con occhi, mente e cuore pieni di meraviglia, passione, coraggio e onestà per promuovere la bellezza, vederla, scriverla, fotografarla e viverla.  Nel mese di settembre 2020 è stata insignita ad Hyderabad (India) dell’“International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science, and Medicine” per la Ricerca, prestigioso riconoscimento mondiale della Vdgood Professional Association, rinomata organizzazione scientifica indiana. Giunto alla decima edizione, è la prima volta nella storia che l’ambito premio viene assegnato a una personalità del mondo accademico europeo.
